it was easy to understand him when he was talking, he was very good at getting the item ship, quick service, its to bad you don't make a wooden crate to ship them in because they wouldn't show up with all kinds of damage and have to go back, even though the freight company is responsible for the damage it just sets the customer back further on his project that's the only thing that is bad about your company

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear that you found our service easy to work with and that your order was shipped quickly. We truly appreciate your suggestion about wooden crates. While freight carriers are responsible for any damages during transit, we understand how frustrating the delay can be. We're always looking for ways to improve our packaging and shipping process, and we’ll definitely take your recommendation into consideration to reduce the risk of damages.

Direct Solar Power with very prompt with my order of the EG4 Brightmount Rack System, and it was shipped quickly. Regretfully, the box was damaged during UPS shipment and many major components were missing from the package on arrival. Direct Solar Power was alerted to the dilemma and responded quickly. A replacement EG4 Brightmount rack was shipped and received in an expeditious manner. Christian, Thank you so much for your assistance! Superb Customer Service. Merry Christmas Direct Solar Power Team!

had a bunch of questions and Christian answered them. Now hopefully after using three different inverters this one will have the correct software and will solve the problem. Thanks for the help!
