The product was GREAT and as advertised! I’m a visual person, so I wish the instructions had included drawings instead of only in the printed format. I feel four full days, is too long to receive a package after paying almost $6 extra for USPS Priority Mail.

The ordering process was not totally transparent about the items included in this set. Nothing to go by except the photo, so I ordered with my fingers crossed! Turned out just fine though. The components were what I needed.

I was expecting the Oxyboom a couple of days after being notified it was shipped. It took 4 days and then was held by USPS with all mail, at our request, so 10 days after shipping, with no word on status. I complained. The response was quick, courteous, and accurate. Product arrived and met my expectations.
