Very good service & delivery. Only thing that company could improve on is call in service. Wait time was much longer than acceptable. Once I was able to speak with a company representative all went well

To not have an additional postage added at end. $5.99 seems a lot for a nasal CPAP mask.

The customer service representative with whom I spoke was very courteous and very helpful, but the prices seem high to me.

When I placed my order I got an invoice email right away which was great. But the I didn't hear anything until it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I would have liked to have been informed when it shipped with a tracking #. I got it in a timely manner and all is well.

I would have appreciated knowing that SoClean has CPAP cleaning models other than the SoClean2. Also, delivery was delayed because the staff needed to ask me questions by phone, apparently intended to verify that my order was legitimate. I can understand the need, but I suggest that the staff offer an explanation.

The machine arrived safely

Shopping online for the products was easy & fast. The quality of the item I purchased is way much better than buying it from any other site (A....n) Delivery was quick and safe. I would've given 5 stars but only deserve 4 stars cause the price could've been lower. Oh well, that would be a perfect world right? Unfortunately it's not these days!

Packaged well and shipped next day. Only issue was I had to be there to sign for it for some reason. That part was inconvenient. Otherwise, good experience. Easy to use the online system.
