I ordered an AC power supply with cord for my cpap (Luna G3) I received the cord only. I did email customer service and attached a photo of what I received. I have heard nothing back from your customer service. As of August 7th 2023 if I hear nothing, I will dispute the charges with my CC company and get refunded.

Ordering was easy and fast shipping. However when I got my item and used it I realized it was not going to work for me. I contacted the company and was told that even though I had a 30 day return policy that I would have to pay to ship it back and there would probably be a 15% restocking fee. I ordered a CPap mask and used it for 3 nights. Not sure why they would restock that item.

I purchased a Resmed Air Mini for travel. I purchased it for future travel. I wanted to be sure I got in time for a June trip. It has a 15 night RISK FREE return policy. I didn’t use it for about 4 months but used it on my trip for only 10 consecutive nights. I did not like the air pressure even though it’s set as the Resmed Airsense 10, my main machine. This company does not honor that risk free policy stated on the product page. I have purchased much from this company, never again.

I PLACED MY ORDER ON 12/11 & TODAY IS 12/19 & I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. THEY ADVERTISE FAST/QUICK DELIVERY, WHICH OBVIOUSLY IS BULLCRAP!! & THEY'RE ONLY AN HOUR AWAY FROM ME!!

Terrible company and customer service. "Rude". They are" always "right. The customer is always wrong.... If you have a slight disgruntle with a product (4 months prior), and order supplies 4 months later, this company will take your MONEY, and even tho, you get conformation of a placed order and paid for it, this company will cancel your order. I called in, spk w/ a supervisor Jackie, and was told they didn't like my tone 4 months prior, so they cancelled my current order. ...... Really, WOW.. My experience, They don't care about people. I had to demand my money back. I found a better company to get supplies from. Good riddance to Direct Home Medical..... Defiantly shop else where.
