Fast and easy

When I called about my prescription, they was real nice about helping me. My concentrator and neblizer was delivered on time and works prefect. I am very pleased and recommend this company Thanks.

Easily understood instructions, easy to manage receiving and shipping

I had been struggling to find a comfortable CPAP mask. I purchased one one here that looked like what I wanted. After getting my mask and trying it, I found out it was not comfortable and leaked around my nose. I left a review stating this and very soon I was contacted by DHM. They let me know I had a 30 day window for the mask, and that I could return it for a refund or store credit. So I followed the instruction and returned the mask for store credit. I have actually tried 4 masks and the last one is super comfy. They have gladly accepted my returns for credit, and I used it to purchase the next mask. I am super happy with DHM and will come back when I am ready for a replacement mask. If you are not happy with your purchase do not hesitate to reach out to customer service.
