Good selection w/ reasonable prices. You were the third online CPAP parts supplier i shopped and you had everything i needed in stock. Shipping choices are good, but need better prices for expediting. My dogs chewed up my mask and I needed parts quickly, but I had to settle. Please don't default to 'subscribe' for atypical parts that aren't frequently replaced.

I have bought 3/4 masks and they have always been exactly what I bought. This time I was to receive the long airsense 10 humidity hose but was shipped the small one. Not sure what happened, but will make it work.

I had a great experience with this company. I took off one star because I had ordered a heated tube along with the CPAP machine and received a regular tub. I immediately called the company and it was hassle-free. The company sent out the item I had paid for the next day. Four days later I received the correct tubing. Kudos to the company for correcting their mistake hassle-free and in a very timely manner. I would definitely use this company again. They are rated VERY high at the Better Business Bureau and I can definitely understand why.

I am really happy with how quickly my first order was processed and shipped. I just need to pay attention to the style of nose piece the sleep wear comes with or just order that piece separately. Overall extremely happy with the amount of money I am saving vs going through a brick and mortar medical supply store. Hose alone was some $35 cheaper.
