InitialIy, I was pleasantly surprised to find this company's website is quite easy to navigate considering the huge breadth of product it contains. However, I don't believ my purchase would have been finalized except for the terrific assistance I received by phone from this company's Service Rep, Gina. She was an amazingly patient listener which I have found to be increasingly rare, of late. She answered my numerous questions directly and thoroughly which, in turn, reassured me she was eminently knowledgeable about the specific type of cannula and connector I'd been searching for an incredibly long time. In fact, I do believe I'd be googling, still, if it hadn't been for Gina's unwavering committment to answer directly; communicate simply and; allow me moments to absorb what she was conveying. In fact, I don't believe any amount of AI training a robot might complete, will ever effectuate the level of customer satisfaction I experienced with this purchase.
