Order the product and pay extra for two to four day priority shipping. It arrived nearly a week later, notified Liz about this issue she said that the two to four day delivery was for business date days that they're open. The schedule delivery was on a Saturday which they're not open, but USPS is so that was my fourth day. Companies extremely rude and I feel they're nothing but scammers. Don't buy from them beware, many other medical companies that you can find products from that are much cheaper they're just a middle man. Beware of Liz and customer service

Placed an order (Resmed Air mini) on black Friday. Called customer service the next day to confirm you got my prescription and check order status. Been waiting for 20mins more. CS simply said my prescription is **FAKE** and cancel my order right the way!! Anyway, thanks for your cancellation and I placed my order at lofta.com instead with the same prescription. Know what? CS email me within an hour to confirm I got the specific tubing for Air mini (I only order the machine as I've been using Air mini for years and got all the accessories). Order shipped on the next working day. Lofta.com even have a better deal than you! not to mention the extra 4.2% cashback from topcashback.com and bonus point which worth around $50 just for the Air mini purchase. Placed another order for Air mini mounting system and side cover for my air sense 11. Happy to show you my order details, Lofta should be very proud of your CS staff.

I haven’t received anything

You asked about my experience, and my package has not even arrived!!! Even though the estimated time of arrival was almost 2 hours ago...

Six months ago I spent $100 and purchased what I thought was a quality nebulizer for my special needs daughter. The nebulizer has malfunctioned and began to melt/warp and no longer operates. I called Direct Home Medical for a replacement and the best that they could do is send the unit to the manufacturer under warranty and leave us without a nebulizer for the next 16 weeks. Under these circumstances, with the condition of this unit, this should be an immediate replacement. This unit could have started a fire in my daughters bedroom.

My dads portable oxygen unit which stopped working within one year of purchasing, was mailed back to be repaired, we were told that it would take up to 14-18 weeks to just look at the unit, when we asked for a loaner or a rental, we were told NO. We were told that our 87 year old dad should just stay home and use his at home unit! I see on a previous review that you offered another client a loaner! We were also told that the unit we bought was not being sold in the United States only overseas! They have have very poor customer service.

I'm giving one-star because they won't let me do 0 stars, but tried to order a cpap machine and the order wouldn't go through tried to call the store and the number directs you to a life a Lert pendent store that is runned by bots. then when you get a hold of a real person, they are completely rude and say that its your fault for not calling the right number that you should have googled it even when i had google right Infront of me and told her that this was the number given so, then decided to do research about the place and even google mapped it and the store doesn't exist anywhere that its supposed to so i may be wrong but this place either doesn't exist or is a scam or they have closed up shop
