i made a mistake in my order and was able to get the order corrected and reshipped

The product is good quality, and fairly easy to order. It would be a 5 but I wanted to buy the wisp headset and the mask with a specific size of nasal cushion. I don’t want to pay for multiple cushions I am not going to use!

Had what I needed in stock but probably due to installing new software wouldn't allow me to set up another autoship order.

Had the cpap mask I wanted, ordered it ... waited ... finally erceived notification that the item was out of stock ... was given the option to wait for it (while they kept my $$) or cancel and get a refund. I canceled and received my refund quickly. Would have given 5 stars if their website would have stated that the item was low in stock or out of stock when I placed my order.

Exactly what I needed.

The ordering process was easy, but the product needs a connecting piece (the one that went to the non-heating CPAP tube doesn't fit/too small because the tube is rigid) so I have to use duck tape to make it stay together

Fast and easy to use. And the product hit here before expected

All is going well with ordering but I did not ask for so many ad emails to be sent to me.
