This company is terrible to do business with. 3/26/26 purchased their Trek S nebulizer which didn't work upon arrival. Called and they sent a replacement as I sent the first one back, the replacement did not work either. Sent the second one back 10 days ago, today 5/4/26 they have no record of the second units return and I am out of my $170.00 purchase price. These folks couldn't grab their own butts with both hands. PITIFUL !

The fact that you refuse to allow a return simply because the bag that the product came in was opened is insane. In order to properly inspect the product sent, you have to open it. It is completely unreasonable that doing so forces you to be unable to return a product that was wrong.

It's the 27th of August, the package was supposed to be here on the 16th I communicated to you it hadn't arrived on the 25th, all you did was send me the tracking info that clearly shows the package is late and the last update was on the 18th

I ordered cpap supplies and they came in a zip lock bag. Nowhere did the company inform me I would receive used supplies. I have contacted them to request a refund and will update this review once I speak with the customer service department.

Direct Medical in New Hampshire are crooks. Sale without service is their motto. Oh they’ll pretend to help but make it difficult and costly for you to do so!!! I wanted my oxygen machine maintenance due to my three year warranty.. They could only service it if you ship it there , who pays you do! It’ll cost more to ship it than it does to do preventative maintenance which is actually just a very small filter!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS THEY ARE EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE!!
