On Saturday, July 1, 2023, I bought the FlexiTube Angle Adapter for CPAP & BiPAP Hose-to-Machine Connections, so I could position my V-COM device a few inches away from the elbow connection of the Philips Respironics DreamWear Full Face Mask frame. By moving the V-COM a few inches away from the elbow swivel, it ended the harmonic sounds created by the V-COM. I placed the order on Saturday using PayPal (Nice! I do not like giving my credit card out to every website,) and Direct Home Medical fulfilled the order on Monday, July 3, 2023, and just two days later with free shipping it was in my mailbox. I received a few emails from Direct Home Medical letting me know the order was on the way along with my purchase confirmation. The product arrived new and in a sealed bag just like the website shows. It works just as it should, and I have had good success with it using my ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet machine. I did not have to return it and I did not need to contact customer support for any reason and that is a good thing. The price was right and there was no shipping cost to my home. Using Direct Home Medical’s website is easy, and the product description is accurate, and I earned a few customer points that I can use later. I would recommend this company for others that need their products. I did take the time to create a user account for keeping track of my order history and to keep an eye on my delivery and yes, it was worth the effort to make an account.

Out of ALL the CPAP stores I deal with, Direct Home NEVER plays games. Example: Other stores charge low price but doesn't include headger. Direct Home don't have coupons like other stores, but they don't need them. Best Prices without coupons AND same day Free shipping!
