Exceptional service for wind break order
Recently order a wind break for a rectangular fire table. Of course with supply issues it was back ordered for months. I appreciated the option of canceling the order and when I chose not to I received timely notifications about the status. That for the attention to detail given my order

Direct Fire Pits has an easy to use website, great product descriptions and very competitive prices . However , Jordan and his staff are well above a 5 star rating . Jordan is informative and actually takes the time to help you select the correct product for your project . Even with all the supply chain issues that we all see around the world, Jordan's communication was amazing . An e mail was sent as soon as a shipping label was created and the tracking began . The product was the real genuine Warming Trends product. No knock offs here. I look forward to doing business with Direct Fire Pits in the future.
