To address your comment in regards to the extended amount of time on the phone for account verification. Unfortunately this extended verification process was due to having incorrect information on your application as to where we sent your funds. Unfortunately 3 way bank calls are needed at times to verify bank information in these situations, and we are dependent on the banks representative to answer timely, which could cause extended phone time. In regards to the payment taken, we apologize about this inconvenience and your refund was promptly submitted.
