Worst loan company in Australia with the rudest staff. If I was the manager I'd be ashamed.

Did not have any successful transactions with this company

Said I was approved but then went to a network of lenders. I was never approved like it said

I put in all of my banking information, was verified by chirp, then get a text to call some number because my account number didn't match whats on my application? What was the point of letting you verify my account credentials via CHIRP? Then the guy I spoke to barely spoke english and wanted me to give my full account number and routing number over the phone? It came across on like a scam.

I had to Sin 3 contracts of which the first 2 were canceled after they were presented and signed as a legal binding document and then I had to do the document dance after I signed the contracts, then they canceled them both and come up with a new contract for a lesser amount and made me do the document. Dance again after I signed that contract. I will never do business with your company again. Your company does not do up front business and the people that work You are.\nA bunch of idiots

I’m paid on Fridays. They decided to take there payment out on Thursday, causing me to have a negative account and pay a 35 overdraft fee! Not cool direct cash what’s the point of getting a loan and you take payment for it, a day before I’m paid!

This place gave a loan to someone else under my name. Identity theft!

I applied for a loan. They asked for my debit card number 6 times and had me complete several contracts but then had to continually redo the contracts and have me sign them again. After about 6 hours of dealing with them via phone, webpage chat, and through email, I just called one place and got a loan funded in less than 10 minutes. After that phonecall, DirectCash called me again to ask for my debit card number again and have me complete another contract at which I said, no thank you. They promptly sent me a rejection. You couldn't help me out within 6 hours and when I found help elsewhere, you threw in the towel. This was by far the most useless waste of time and worst loan experience I have had. I don't know what you guys did for those 6 hours in "helping me". I didn't see a thing or why. It's so easy elsewhere. Do yourself a favor: After you read this message, never waste another minute with Direct Cash again. You'll absolutely regret it if you don't follow this simple instruction. I guarantee it.
