No accident, no tickets! One vehicle they had me paying $220+. Get another vehicle I had to put down $167 and the next payment it would be $456.17. Something definitely wasn’t right. I decided to try another company and see what the quote would be like. With Progressive Auto insurance, I had the same coverage I end up saving over $300.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE. Car got stolen, Got found within 2 months, Insurance process for inspection and repairs took 4 months, delay after delay. Got the car back, paid a 1000 Deductible with a total "repair expenses" at 1700 so $700 out of pocket from insurance . AND got 2 leaking tires that need to be replaced and they refuse to cover the tires. Waited 6 months to receive my car with messed up rims and tires and they didnt want to cover that without proof I bought brand new tires which I had in my car WHICH WAS STOLEN WORST INSURANCE HANDS DOWN WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

If I could give leave multiple negative stars I would. They lied and mislead me into thinking I couldn't get full coverage on my vehicle...state farm did it. I called to cancel and the lady gave me the run around and when I was informed it would be 50 dollars to cancel I asked to speak to someone else because that's not right and she put me on hold to go to the "agency" came back and gave me another name then I called her out on being the same chick and she still said that was what I'd owe. I hang up and go to the chats and when I say fine I'll pay that they cancel my plan then I go back to chat because I was going to see when it would come out and they changed it to 105 because they said I cancelled midterm so before NEXT YEAR. Absolute worrrstt company. Worst agents. They have nobody over them. They lie. They will give you bare minimum and not disclose that. It's a shit shoe 100%. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere.....anywhere else. I'd loovvve to leave the screen shots I have here for their lies I do have them and I'll leave them elsewhere trust me I'm going to all platforms...every single one possible. Worst experience worst place liieesss so hard they can't even keep up with them. Pathetic is a nice word for this place.

If I could rate lower I would. Between their app that actually doesn’t do anything other than take payments, to the multiple “licensed reps” that claim the last rep messed up and you owe more money. I have a recorded call with CHAD from Escalations. Claiming to cancel my policy I needed to pay 68$ i paid the amount. Now they are calling and emailing me claiming I owe them an additional 70some dollars. Absolute bullshit they have no clue what one rep does vs another one. There’s no consistency. I had one rep trying to tell me i overpaid. Then CHAD told me he was wrong and I owed more. That’s why I cancelled. EVEN THE APP DOESNT KNOW HOW MUCH I OWE. I have the recorded call if someone with status wants a copy of it. Stop emailing, stop sending letters, stop calling me. I don’t owe you anything. If i did. You would have never let me cancel until that amount owed was current.

I canceled my policy before 72 hours. I had to pay $128. I was told I could call and cancel for a full refund and was refunded $33.33 for a $50 cancellation fee, and the rest for coverage. they know they have to sneak on these things. I never signed to acknowledge, but it was claimed it was said i agreed to through and automated message, that did not state this. These people are con artists and scammers. Paul, ID 13326 informed me that no one would help me with this, further indicating they’re entire company is corrupt.

Shittiest company I’ve ever worked for. Pays you $17 as a LICENSED sales agent, want you to make 20 CALLS A DAY on top of more clerical duties in the office. They think by sending you their company merchandise that it’ll make up for the low pay they’re giving us, it’s a disgrace. Customers can’t reach anyone for help if there isn’t a DA office in there state, 100’s of policies being canceled a week due to this issue. You’re away from your family 12hrs a day, on top of the DSM’s/company wanting you to work on weekends. This company is complete ass. Looking for another job as I type this.

Scam scam scam run never do business with them they will take your money monthly and mentor claim without explanation

I purchased auto insurance with direct auto Saturday noonish and paid $146.45 on Saturday Feb. 22, 2025. On Monday Feb. 24, 2025 that morning I cancelled the policy, I received an refund check March 8, 2025 for $46.45. Customer service told me there was a $50.00 cancellation fee. I cancelled this policy within 48 hrs and this is all I'm going to be refunded. There's no way that this is accurate. I will be contacting everyone possibly to resolve this issue.
