He was very customer oriented explained in detail and was an amazing agent to work with very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that when direct Auto called me today that Wendy was on the other end of the phone because she was very helpful very friendly she explained stuff to me and genuinely wanted to help me fix my problem and help me as much as she cud. She was reassuring, understandable assertive and compassionate and direct Auto needs more employees like Wendy to explain thanks to us and help us because we don't know what we're doing but that's her job and we needed it well today very well thank you Wendy for your help. Wendy at store number 1256 was a Godsend today thank you again.
