Pippa
"Invalid product code"
Received an invalid key for a game. No response from the customer support, except for an automated reply that tried to shift the blame. According to their reddit account, the pricing and invalid keys were sent out due to a technical glitch, and the keys were supposedly "test keys" for a new system that aren't usable anywhere. Whoever is behind the reddit account also said they would "look into" issuing refunds. What is there to look into? People received invalid keys so the refunds should be immediate and a given. Shady, scammy site, avoid like the plague. Edit: After a week of complete radio silence escalated the issue on Paypal and finally got my money back. This was the first and the last time I will have dealt with this joke of a company.
