I used to work in the HVAC field and every supply house near my home. Wanted to sell me a combustion motor for over $750. So, I'm glad I did my research and found this company because it saved me a lot of money.

The convection blower was an exact match. The removal was a challenge and most of the rear of the stove needed to be removed.

Was sent a different part than the one advertised and ordered. When I reached out to the sales department for help, they sent me a return label with no explanation on if I'll be getting a refund or if what I ordered will be sent. It also took several days to even get a response to the original email and I'm still waiting to hear back about whether I'll get a refund or the right parts.

The shipping was incredibly fast—much quicker than I expected, which was great. However, I was disappointed when I received the product. The blower that arrived was smaller than the one shown in the picture. While the product works fine and gets the job done, it’s not exactly what I thought I was purchasing. The seller should definitely update the photos to reflect the actual product so future buyers aren’t misled. Overall, it works as advertised, but transparency in the listing would improve the shopping experience. Rating: 3.5/5
