Was very easy to find the product I wanted and to place an order. The perfume I wanted was difficult to find elsewhere. Very nice that shipping was free for Mother's Day. Delivery was quick. The packaging was excellent and really helped make the gift special.

My Mom and I live in different cities and it's always tough around Mother's Day to make sure she gets a present that makes her feel special. So many online retailers don't focus on the presentation of the product even when it's labeled a gift. In the regard, Dior far exceeded it competition and fully met my expectations. While you sometimes pay a premium ordering direct from Dior, the gift wrapping is complimentary and done extremely tastefully. My Mom took pictures of all the layers of her perfume's packaging and it was truly a luxury experience. I will definitely think of Dior for future gift giving needs.

Lovely website, all the products pictured & described perfectly. However, having recently ordered 3 bottles of (very cool) nail polish, just for myself, feel the elaborate giftwrap is way more packaging than needed. Of course, it's beautiful - that pink ribbon! the sweet little ornament! keeping both, of course - and the beautiful box. Now I have years-worth of those beautiful boxes stashed in my closet. Using one for a countertop cologne holder; covered one in giftwrap to hold a birthday present. Cannot bring myself to throw these boxes away, but what to do with them? I am glad to be able to order products directly online that are not available from my local shops. I prefer to support local stores, but if they don't have the nail polish I want, OK, happy to have the option of ordering direct from Dior. If Dior would offer a simpler packaging option I would use it when it isn't a gift. Thanks, & keep on making awesome nail polish!
