I love my mascara purchase, my lashes are fuller and it stays on longer. Best product that I've purchased. The packaging blew me away, with every layer that I opened I was pleasantly excited until the very end when I found my mascara in a beautiful silver tube, priceless!!

Ordering process and delivery are top-notch, but I was disappointed in the quality of the eyeshadow palette I ordered. The quality of Dior eyeshadows has changed - I would certainly recommend Dior as a company - but cannot any longer recommend their eyeshadow products.

Excellent customer service! I meant to click expedited shipping and was told it was too late as the order was already in process. Even though the ‘computer’ said no, a person went out of their way to personally take care of me and I received my order in 2 days. Thank you!!! Excellent customer service is so hard to find.
