This order took almost two weeks to arrive, with no explanation of why and barely any email communication at all, ever. I had to call customer service to see if they'd even received my order because I never got a confirmation. I will never order from Dior.com again.

Really poor website, and the first time was rejected. Notifications take days before you hear anything. I asked to delay my shipping as I wouldn’t be home on the delivery date 6 days in advance of the scheduled delivery day and they couldn’t even do that. Products are good but don’t bother with online as it’s such a poor service.

The packer missed an item in my order, and Dior customer service blamed UPS for the missing item and asked me to wait until Dior receives the result from UPS. AND then Dior says it was approved to send me the replacement and strictly restricted the options for the delivery including holding at UPS location/ Leave with a neighbor/ Change delivery address and change delivery date. I have the only option: return to the sender, which is ridiculous for a person who lives alone and works from Mon-Sat every week to receive the package.

I am extremely disappointed in Dior. I ordered 2 of the same item, about $141 total. I received only 1 item. The very next day I called Dior customer service. I was told that Dior would have to open an “investigation” of the matter. I am appalled that language constituting the suggestion that I am less than honest really upsets me. I was told to take picture of EVERYTHING from the product to the box it came in. What would that prove in this “investigation “, tell me? Now, during Christmas season, I have to take the time to go through this “policy”, I was told. Unforgivable! If I could give no stars I would.

Paid for two days shipping, took a whole week to get it, and it’s not Christmas yet. When I select the shipping method, the estimate said it would be delivered in two days. If you can’t make it, don’t say it.
