will never buy anything from this company,. it is like going to walmart buy your product and wait outside on the side walk for three weeks to get your items until they decide to give it to you. If you have to have the perfume from them and is no other way to get it from no where else in the universe try AMAZONE or Ebay you can gat much better service.

Shipping took so long even though i paid for overnight shipping
Will not order from Dior website A.
I did not receive prompt order confirmation emails on any order. Order confirmation came 2 or 3 days later. Twice my orders were cancelled. Further I paid for 2 day shipping and items have not shipped yet. It would be unlikely that I order from the Dior website again. Also shipping takes extremely long.

I placed my order on Dec 12 and it isn’t going to arrive until Dec 27. I was happy to get free shipping it it’s not worth it because is shipped UPS ground from Illinois to Oregon. I’m so disappointed.

Un service client déplorable, 3 mois pour récupérer ma montre en réparation . Une qualité de produit absolument pas au niveau des tarifs appliqués.
