Exactly the quality of product, packing, and shipping that I would expect from a luxury brand like Dior. The prices might be a bit higher than on certain online sites, but the quality is there, plus the customer service and care. HIGHLY recommended

Love the service and the products are all top-notch! I've been a customer for almost a decade now and see no end in sight.

Service and product were fantastic. The only issue I had personally, was the excessive packaging. One small rollerball of perfume came in a package five times it’s size with ribbons, bows, and all sorts of extra wrapping. That’s nice if it’s being given as a gift but a waste when ordering for oneself. May I suggest giving an option for this at checkout? That way one can choose to forego the excess and save resources.

I love Dior products and the experience the company give while ordering the products. I recently ordered a fragrance gift set and I love the gift wrapping and the packaging.

Love your mascara as it just doesn’t run. And now the lip tattoo makes it so easy to have color on my lips and not lose it with regular lipstick

I love Dior products, and ordering from the site is quick and easy!!!

The ordering process was quite customer friendly. The foundation matched the online sample. The foundation also has a very natural look. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

The delivery was timely and every detail regarding the packaging of my order was done with care. Even my testers were placed in a felt drawstring bag. Though I had placed the order for myself, it felt as if I were receiving a gift from someone. Dior cosmetics is by far some of the best on the market. Thank you
