I have enjoyed shopping on the site. I love the products. I have moved on from skin care to make-up and I am a devotee. I've had a couple wonky experiences with the payment screen. I mostly use the mobile version so that's not unusual but something to improve. I did have to open a new account with a different email as the first one got hung up after I used a card w an expiration date that had passed. Thank you!

The packaging is beautiful. It makes you feel like you are getting a very special present. I was a little disappointed when I opened it all up. The product I paid for came to me fine but the "free" samples they sent me where all dried out and not usable at all. I love their products and will continue to order but that was a real bummer I couldn't try out any of their different items.

I had a question re order, but could reach no one by phone. I resolved my problem myself and proceeded with my order/ I received a phone call a few days later. Talked to a lovely woman who told me my order was shipped, and lo and behold. it was at the front door! The presentation was beautiful and I love my red lipstick. HH
