I was amused in an unfunny way that 1.] I was forced to choose a 'title' and then, 2.] the only 'titles' offered were Miss, Mrs. and Mr. This means only women must declare their marital status -- how mid 20th century! I chose Mr. The hot pink lipstick I purchased is nice but doesn't have the depth of pink that Chanel's Coco Pink has, and, sadly, is now no longer available.

I like everything I got but the free shipping has a high purchase minimum requirement and it was more than 1 week. 2 day free shipping would be great. Product is great, wrapping is great. Dior is great.

Everything was great, except for one little thing; one of the nail polishes got open and was a mess; I don't like to complain, so that's why I didn't do anything. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the rest.

I did not plan shipping dates properly, and thus give this "experience" four stars. I give the product five stars.

Back ordered when I first looked- I got prompt notification once the item was available. Shipped very quickly, packaging attractive. Only reason it's 4 stars is because the plastic packaging for the cosmetics was not on the box making me wonder who handled it before me?!?

Dior has nice products .... site is not always easy to figure out especially wen looking for creams the explanation are not simple enough and one gets lost as to what is best also does not suggestion a simple course to get a person to try ( the one most important purchase to start ) .... i know the goal is to sell, but better to start with the most essential to get a client hooked then little by little add the next and next and next til voila the client is ordering the whole line of treatment ...with each order of a cream should be included the sample of what is missing for a complete treatment .. and when the more than to products ordered there should be always a treatment kit that represent a discount so that client sees worth to buy complete for it is little more ...and she will be Always replenishing the missing component to whole treatment ..... suggestion to sell more and more frequently tracking what a customers buys you can offer a suggestion with a special price to upgrade the customer buying amount per purchase and send reminders whee customer should be re ordering and has not I get lost at times with what i should buy do you offer products with lavender ... my favorite ... soaps, candles, oils, creams very soothing and calming and luxurious
