There is nothing to be said about CD Products. I have been using them since I was 14. I had an issue with my order and send them an email and I go no response. Called them no answer, till finally I reached someone who informed me my order was cancelled and I need to reorder. Would be nice to be informed.

There were no samples included with my order. (And I requested them) I have to order them elsewhere and then place my order with Dior. You would think high end means high end customer satisfaction as well. Overall a good experience.

A friend told me to buy this, saying it's amazing. It also had lots of good reviews but I think it's a bit overrated.

Quick delivery and awesome packaging. The minus would be the fact they don't ship to Canada. So I had to send to it to my cousin's office in the US and she send it back to me.

Ordered a 125ml bottle of Dior Homme cologne Feb 2016 in California USA. Didn't expect to receive anything but what I ordered. Surprised to see my item in a stunning box and bow, with a couple of sample scents that I chose when ordering. the product is wonderful, so why not five stars? The free shipping option was nice, but it would arrive after the weekend, on Mon or Tues. So I chose to pay for the two day shipping, and the estimated delivery date was on Saturday (per Dior I believe). My item didn't ship out until late Friday (ordered on Wed night) so the estimated date online now showed Monday. So I paid shipping and got nothing for it. Wonderful presentation, makes for a great gift, just give yourself more time on the shipping to be safe.

Honestly the product is amazing, website is very easy to navigate, and the ordering process is simple. Only negative experience was shipping, paid for next day air promised for a Monday, due to weather delays and holiday, didn't arrive till Wednesday (2 days after wife's birthday) I know this has nothing to do with Dior and everything to do with UPS, but maybe Dior will refund some of the shipping charges or accurately update/ refund shipping based on delivery times...(with confirmation on deliveries)

The product and shipping was great. The packaging was beautiful but the email advertisement showed the packaging to have a pink rose on it with pink ribbon. It did not. The packaging was wonderful but I was expecting it to look one way and it was a gift for Valentine's day. If you show something make sure it is what you send or have someone inform you that it may vary. Thank you Anna
