I ordered the item with plenty of time to arrive for christmas. Three days later they hadn't shipped the item, so I had to cancel it after a store rep was rude on the phone. Then they shipped the item after I cancelled it and charged me so I had to call a second time to try and get a refund. They in theory tracked the package down and I didn't receive it but its been two weeks and I haven't been refunded. I will never ever shop here again!

I ordered a scarf as christmas present for my girl friend 2 days before christmas eve, though I know it was rush, the website said it will be delivered on christmas morning but I didnt received it till 4 days after christmas. My girl friend was very sad because I was her secret santa and she was the only one without a present that night. I also paid for express delivery and none of my email get a reply. This is really sad because you guys are a prestige brand. Dior should fix their website so their customer will expect the delivery on the displayed day when they order.

I ordered a bottle of Miss Dior eau de parfum as a Christmas gift on line. The next day I got an email from Dior saying I had not completed my purchase. I therefore went back on the web and ordered the perfume a second time. The next day I noticed on my credit card that I had been charged twice. I immediately called Dior and was told the Second order would be canceled and I would receive the money back on my credit card within 7 to 10 business days. Instead, I was eventually charged twice on my credit card and both bottles were sent to my Christmas gift recipient. Poorly handled.
