Everything was fine until the perfume arrived. The shipping bag was torn and trashed, as was the inner box. (Creased, dinged, torn etc..) NOT what you would expect from Dior, especially for a $300. bottle of perfume! I immediately repacked it and sent it back. Maybe Dior should look at either Chanel or Barney's to see how shipping should be done. Very disappointed.

I love the eye shadow will order more and they color is amazing. Stays put no creasing but always use your eyelid primer ;)

The man who helped me on the phone was gracious, fun, and easy to talk with. He made ordering delightful! And as always, Diorissimo is classic for a reason. On the other hand, the company tucked two sample scents into the beautifully boxed package; Miss Dior and Dior Homme. My husband and I decided to save each for date night. What a disappointment!!! It was difficult even to detect the scent when the little plastic thingy was pumped, let alone wear enough to experience the scent as it warmed!!! My husband said, "If they are going to give me a sample, give me enough so that I can smell it!" My sample of Miss Dior was also imperceptible. Like I said, a disappointment. We live "in the country" so it is not easy to get to a big box department store .... therefore, the company missed two quick sales. On date night my husband wore the Versace Homme that he loves (and so does everyone around us) and I wore my Versace Yellow Diamond. I saved my Diorissimo (which is awesome and mellows beautifully when worn) for the next day.

Everything was wrapped beautifully with absolutely no scratches or signs of being shipped. The products are absolutely amazing I always buy Dior products because of their high quality. The only thing I wished was better was the shipping it was supposed to take only 4 days and ended up taking closer to two weeks. We had to wait a very long time and I didn't get to take my new pieces with me on vacation as I had hoped to. Oh well maybe better timing next time I order

Of course I received nice item with a few complimentary minis. But they simply over wrapped it. It comes in a big box. Then there was a Dior box, then followed by a white box. Actually, I just bought a lip pen! They had to put more than 2 pounds of gift-wrap paper to fill in the box. What a waste!

Very nice packaging and 6 mini samples are great. Shipping takes few days even though I paid $9.95 for 2 day shipping, I placed my order on Friday night but got my package on Wednesday.

I just to LOVE Dolce Vita. Due to financial circumstances I haven't been able to buy it from Dior. But recently I came into a few extra dollars that I was going to spend on ME, not bills. Anyway, I ordered it from Dior directly even though other companies sell it for less. I thought getting it from Dior, it would be the real thing. But when I got it, it doesn't have the potentcy that I remember; you see I still have a corner from my last bottle. I just think it's not the same as originally. I thought for SURE Dior would have the same formula as the original. What happen Dior????? I still love you though! Things do change over time I guess(????) I know I HAVE! (LOL)
