Good product. Average packaging. Would like to see an increase in range and number of samples.

Foundation is light, nice, but no different than the others.

Shipping and order accuracy were fine. I'm still bothered by the wasteful packaging of every Dior.com order. When I wrote to the company they responded with a note about their products requiring certain packaging to protect them from light and temperature variations. Understood. But what's not ok is to wastefully package every order as if it is a gift. I ordered TWO LIPSTICKS. No need for a box, and a gift box, and way too much tissue paper. The website should offer the option of gift/no gift packaging.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Mascara! The Best. It took forever to get here which can probably be attributed to UPS not Dior!

Could not get order out on time for 2day shipping. Shipping fee had to be refunded. Product is great

One cologne bottle was broken, but what really upset me was this was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husbands bday, the package arrived while he was home ... which is completely fine except THERE WAS A LIST OF EVERYTHING IN THE BOX ON A STICKER ON TOP OF THE PACKAGE FOR BOTH MY HUSBAND AND ANY POSSIBLE PACKAGE THIEVES TO SEE SO THEY EXACTY WHAT THEY WERE TAKING.
