Product is good but would prefer to see more focus on sustainability, by labeling product containers as recyclable and by giving customers an option to minimize packaging so as to reduce waste. Right now we have no option but to accept our product shipped as a gift, which creates a ton of waste. I would like to see this changed. Less waste, more recycling and no animal testing, even for countries who require.

Addict Dior is never dissapointing. I have been using it for years and it is still being my favorite fragance. I am little bit dissapointed with the complementary items. I know it is a present, so I shouldn't complain about it. I was never asked about my preference for the fundation. It came in a different color than mine, so I can't use it. The lipsgloss package was empty, nothing was inside of the package.

The only problem I have had with Dior is that occasionally their website doesn't work very well. Especially the payment part is particularly finicky. Hopefully this will be worked out sooner or later. But the fact remains that the quality of their products are outstanding.

Nail lacquer is excellent. The packaging for shipping was overly excessive. The lacquer was put into an unnecessary large box with lots of tissue, and then into another large shipping box. A 2x4 foot shipping box and tissue for 2x2 inch boxes.

This arrived quickly and the packaging was beautiful. However, there were about six layers and a box far too large for the tiny nail polish I'd ordered. I would have appreciated something more environmentally friendly.

Great shipping offer and top notch products as always. Would have given 5 stars but didn't receive one of the free samples I requested.

Love the jadore perfume ! The samples where small but I just wanted the perfume.
