I had a good experience with shipping/ordering/the website. I ordered one lip balm and the package came within a large plastic bag, a cardboard box approx. 6x10, another box in that box and wrapped in many sheets of tissue paper including decorative tissue paper. I appreciate the care that went into trying to deliver my product in a unique and luxurious way. But this can be achieved with 1/3 of the waste in packaging. A small lip balm should come in a box or bag, a box around that is enough for a elaborate display.

I ordered mascara which arrived quickly. It appears to be a "standard" size tube packed with tissue paper in a comparatively large box. The inside box is 8 x 8 x 4 inches and was wrapped with "Dior" ribbon. Included with my order was a complimentary perfume sample. The tiny tube of perfume is 1 milliliter or 1/5 of a teaspoon! It came in a gray drawstring bag with "Dior" stamped on it. I would prefer less packaging and a smaller price.The mascara is fine with minimal clumping and smearing. It is fairly easy to remove as well. Thank you!

Delivery time with no cost to the customer, plus beautiful packaging leaves almost nothing to complain about. The only complaint that I can think of is that the last two times my fiancé has sent me something, the note that he wrote for me was not included in the package.

I am mostly a Ferrari / Paco guy. I loved Dior product and am really pleased with the service. Very Satisfied

The tracking page initially showed that the item would be delivered on Tuesday but it was delivered on Thursday

Dior products are wonderful. I have no issues with them whatsoever. I love them very much. There is just a minor issue with gift wrap. I bought two Miss Dior perfumes:one for my friend, another for myself. I wanted one of them had a gift wrap (the one that is for my friend). It said on your website that a gift wrap is complimentary with each purchase, but I didn't expect you will combine my two purchases and make one big gift wrap. I was looking forward to making a gift in original Dior gift wrap with a cute little note in it... Well, it is not happening... :)
