The only complaint that I have is the one of the ribbons were stapled together. I bought a perfume set as a gift and didn't think that it was presentable because of the staples.

First time I decided to use the Dior website rather than a major department store for the purchase of Sauvage. The gift was in a beautiful box and the authenticity of a Dior product is special. My only disappointment is the shipping time. It took well over 10 days to receive the item from the date of order. Nevertheless, it came in time for Christmas, just order early.

I love Dior and wish I could have rated 5 stars. My only disappointment with this purchase is that my two beauty items were gift wrapped in the same box, and it was a very large box, so much so that I can't use it to give one of the items to my friend. Not sure why my two items were not gift wrapped individually.

Honestly I loved purchasing from Dior and the package came beautifully. I just wish they added more gifts and a small discount.

My wifi was good but the checkout page said it was down. The product was great and the free shipping was 3 days for me so that was an excellent surprise

The packaging was beautifully wrapped. The extra protection inside was helpful as well. I only have one down side - the shipping. It took awfully long. I ordered on a Monday morning and it didn't arrive until a full week later. Other than that, I will definitely be shopping on DIOR.com again.
