Website easy to navigate, easy to purchase, impecable packing. One of the packages "disappeared" for three days and after trying to contact them via email and phone with no response, on the fourth day I got a friendly staff member who helped right away. I gave them four stars because still need a little work on customer service.

I purchased a gift from Dior. My friend loved it. So that is good. But I think the shipping can work faster though. I believe it was not sent out till 2 or 3 days later.

Anyone I talked to was very helpful. However, when I ordered online, the shipment arrived minus one of the two key products. I needed it for Christmas. I called multiple times to try to find out when the missing item would ship, or where it might be. I finally got through to someone who checked the order, and they discovered that the missing item was out of stock, and that I hadn't been billed for it. That's fine, but it sure would have been nice to let me know that. It would have been so easy for them to call me, e-mail me, or insert a note to that effect!

I'd feel better about your price point if it was less obvious that 50% of your cost was in packaging. It made for an "experience", that will forever remind me of the wastefulness.

Great packaging since I asked for the main purchase to be wrapped. It would be great to not put samples in the wrapped package. I was hoping to use the samples.
