I was surprised that Dior called me to confimr the shipping address as they had no faith in the delivery company.

My item was put on hold and I wasn't given a reason so it delayed in getting to me. They claim they were trying to get in contact with me but I didn't receive anything from them. But nonetheless I got it on time before Christmas so overall I was pleased. He is happy!!

I ordered a bottle of Diorissimo. The product arrived on time and was exquisitely wrapped. I am giving them a 4 out of 5 as I was supposed to receive samples of their new lotion with my order, but they were not in the parcel I received. Oh well, not a big deal. The perfume is superb!!

Shopped this site a few times. The packaging and little extras are a great bonus. This year though I could not track my package directly from the email they sent me or online in my account, unlike last year. I did not like customer support too much. I first sent an email to ask for help. That was no good they just sent a generic reply with an 800 number to call. When I called I had a long wait and had to hang up. My items did arrive in the appropriate time and exactly as ordered. The tracking would have been nice as I did pay for two day shipping but I will order from them again without hesitation!!

I ordered 1 cologne- Bois D'argent. It is a Very suttle smell. You can hardly tell you are wearing anything, but at the same time, you do smell fresh and clean with this. Just wish it was stronger. I also ordered Eau Sauvage, which was what I expected, the classic scent that it is can be worn anywhere for anything.

I ordered my mother's gift maybe a week before Christmas and got it in about two days or so I believe. The shipping was fast! I was initially worried that the package would be marked with 'Dior' showing, but luckily it wasn't. The packaging was BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely stunning. The only cons were the website had some issues allowing me to checkout so I had to call in and order over the phone. The customer service lady was very polite, but it was a bit weird repeating the personal message I wanted to write to my mom to a stranger. Also the extra samples they give you with your gift was great, but they are truly sample size so don't expect anything more than that lol. Other than that, it was excellent! I would definitely order from the website versus a secondary retailer like Macy's.

I was shipped what I ordered relatively quickly.

My order came on time, vey nice wrapped but it came with the wrong card. The card inside was addressed with the wrong name and no message. I wrote online the name of my daughter and a message and they sent the card with another person's name and no message. When my daughter open her present she though it was not for her! That type of error shouldn't happened from Dior!
