I bought a bottle of liquid foundation, the expiration date is 11/20 years, It's already been used. I want to ask for a new one, but the customer service replied that I can use it even if it is one year overdue. The premise is that the new one can be used for one year. The problem is that they give me the old one, which has been used

This is my first time ordering from Dior direct. I expect nothing but luxurious experience liked I did with Chanel. Wrong! The good: the packaging is gorgeous. The bad: the shipping is with UPS ground. (I’m going to be harsh here. Chanel is 2 day shipping). The ugly: UPS screwed up. After almost a week in transit they sent the package up to Canada. So I called customer service and asked for help. CS told me she will contact UPS and let me know. 3 days later still nothing. I called again and told CS that UPS tracking saying the package will be send back to the sender (after a week in custom by mistake). CS told me Dior will reimburse and go ahead to order my item again. At this point I don’t want to go through the bad experience so I wait for my refund first before placing any more order. Another week went by and my package showed up. Granted the shipping saga wasn’t Dior fault but DIOR did nothing to smooth customer bad experience I wouldn’t want to go through placing an order at Jan 29 and receive shipping conf on Feb 1 and have to wait until Feb 19 to receive a package ever. You just lost me as a customer there.

I had problems when ordering online and the order was placed twice but did not get order confirmation screen. Then processing times and shipping takes a long time when compared to Chanel it is faster and easier

If customers orders worth of hundred dollars shouldn’t take that long to shipped the order. Chanel order it takes only 2 days. Dior slow like a turlte.

I didn’t receive two products that I ordered and when I contacted the customer service I didn’t get a refund they just said they’ll contact me within 8 business days with their decision. This was my first and last time ordering from Dior. Such a bad experience!!
