had 2 orders one the communication was fair but the other left me questioning when and what was going on with it . But I do love my fragrances

I like the lip stick, but was very disappointed in the amount of packaging it came in. It seemed very wasteful to throw so much away.

I purchased my friend the gift set Sauvage for Christmas I received the box and the gift set was not there. I paid 118.00 for it. I contacted customer service several times the claims to get back with me but has not. It's March and I have not received my money back nor a replacement gift set. My experience with this company has been a nightmare.

Great experience. Easy and love the products

I love Dior's nail glo product but the massive amount of packaging was absurd. a plastic outer bag, two nesting boxes at 9"x9"x4", lots of tissue, another small box, then, finally, the 10cc bottle of product. I was certain they had accidentally sent something else my way-- like maybe a handbag! But no, just a tiny bottle of nail polish!

Fabulous quality, great service. I only wish they were a bit more eco friendly. The packaging is just beautiful. But it is a lot of waste, as well. But, I still love you forever, Dior!

The makeup is great, the packaging is fun and beautiful...but very environmentally unfriendly. I received a very large box in the mail for a small container of foundation. The free samples were nice. It helps justify the high price of the cosmetics.

It was easy ordering.It didn't take long for me to receive my order but I did not receive the gift for purchase like promised.
