I made a mistake on the promo code after I placed the order. And I contacted the customer service immediately to cancel my order. However, the customer service ignored my request and shipped the item. I’m so disappointed with Dior and would never choose this brand.

Because of the system problem, I failed to add a promotion code. After I contact the service staff, they agreed to give me a complimentary sample, I agreed. But after the items delivered, there is no complimentary sample at all! If there is no sample, just tell me, I accept. But you told me you will compliment me! It’s cheating!

u.p.s.label created eight days ago and then no further activity. i can’t seem to get any further information on what is causing the lack of activity. i contacted dior and all they did was refer me to u.p.s.

Dior straight up lied to me... In their website, they had an offer for valentines day... I was supposed to get overnight shipping for my gift. Turns out it was all a lie. They too about 3 days to ship, and they shipped it UPS ground... basically they cheapest way possible. I could not believe how Dior.com would falsely advertise they're promotions just to get people to buy. Do you're self a favor and never buy here from them. They're probably the worst ever in terms of handling online sales. I used sephora to buy a gift for valentines and it arrived before February 15th... and I bought it 1 day after I bought from here. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! ALDO VALDES
