The reply was quick, next day. The lack of sending samples to send to a customer so they may decide on which fragrance to purchase was not good.

The returns should be prepaid by the company like most companies do specially for a company like Dior

It was my first time ordering from the Dior.com website. For some reason, I believe there was a glitch on the dior.com website where it just wouldn't take my credit card as payment. After calling the Customer Support phone # several times, no one seemed to really know the answer and one rep told me to order my Dior products from Sephora or Nordstrom. I thought the answer she provided was weird and not customer-friendly. The reason why I wanted to order from the Dior.com website was the free samples and the free gift wrapping. Anyway, several reps that I spoke to told me that someone was going to call me back. But no one did. I didn't want to give up just yet so I went ahead and instead of paying by credit card, I chose to pay by PayPal instead. Somehow that method worked.To save you guys the headache, just pay by PayPal if you want to order the products from the Dior.com website. My product arrived just fine and it was beautifully packaged. Dior is known for it's gorgeous packaging. I was worried about my product missing since I have read other people's reviews on this site and I was concerned I wasn't going to get the product that i ordered. But thankfully, everything arrived in perfect condition. I just realized now that the Dior bow was missing :( But at least I got the giftbox and tissue paper, LOL I wouldn't mind ordering from the Dior.com website again. Now I know that the website would take Paypal and not really the credit card.

Hi the response was very timely. The products I ordered shipped on time and arrived in perfect condition. However one of the two orders was not the shade of Nude Air Cover Make up I had ordered. I had ordered shades 10 and 30 and I received shades 10 and 21. I am not sure why. 21 is slightly more yellow than 30 which is more beige. 30 is what I wanted as the blend of 10 and 30 matches perfectly my skin color.

Super slow shipping and the package is now late and I still haven't received it. All I ordered was one tube of mascara.

Because of the cost of the product, I was looking forward to the gift with purchase, which was only half as much as it was supposed to be.
