The corrector applies easily, it does not dry in creases but it fades away (it does not last through a reasonable period of time like 8 hours).

I visited a friend in Tahiti who was wearing Grand Bal perfume and fell in love with the scent. I tried several times to order on-line when I retured to the US, since to purchase it, it was either on-line or at a boutique, (can not purchase in regular stores.) I made 3 phone calls to get help only to be told, they were verifying my address, try a different credit card and the last time I phoned, I was told they could not take my credit card for my purchase, but a supervisor would get back to me in 24 hours, that never happened. Prior to the phone calls I tried several times (at least 6 times over 3 days) to purchase on-line but the website continued to hang up. I even phoned the Beverly Hills boutique, but the perfume I wanted was $100 more for half the size on the website. Frustrated, I phoned my friend who lives just outside of Paris to try to get my perfume. She made several calls and was told they no longer made Grand Bal perfume, thats when I wrote to the corporate office in Paris, asking why they'd advertise something they no longer make, I still haven't received a reply from them. I thought I'd give it one more try as I really, really wanted my perfume. The website finally worked! I received my perfume and a few samples, i am so happy about the perfume and receive compliments when I wear it. Obviously, I really wanted this perfume, but I don't recommend on-line ordering or dealing with customer service, they need to address the issues, evidently it starts at the corporate level and filters down. Great perfume, lousy service.

Wrapping box was nice except the note I wrote in the comment section of Dior was not in there. The box could’ve came with a Dior bag to carry it. Also the other items were In the gift box which I had to rip open to get to before I gave it to the person since I order things for myself also.

They sent my package signature required and wouldn’t allow UPS to hold it for me till I got back in town so I never got my product

I believe the size is smaller than I expected. This perfume for me is for daily use. I expected to have a bigger size for the price.

The website doesn't work properly. Problems with check out. Paid for the 2Days shipping, the order is not delivered on time.

The perfume smell very nice but it goes stay on for a long time. Very disappointed .
