my order no. is N° 2358196 and i only received lip, but no gitf in it

As I bought it for my sister cause due to Covid-19 we won’t celebrate Christmas together, I paid extra so she could receive the calendar on time - December 1st and hasn’t arrived yet. I am furious.

I bought the eyeshadow, but several days later, Dior e-mailed me that my order has been canceled. If I cannot buy the products, please just refused my order, don’t cheat on me. And now, Dior request my comment, review and advise before arrived of my package. This is so ridiculous.

My package was delayed twice. Although it said it was out for delivery.

I didn’t get any answers. My order was returned for no reason that I can view . The agent was supposed to get back to me and she never did

A part of my order, although free article, was missing. Sent a message to customer care on the website but did not get a response.

Ordered just nail polish over a week ago.. got an email saying it was shipped but it's never even left your place. I've asked for a refund instead of continuing to wait

My bottle was wasting in the package it was for my boyfriends birthday present couldn’t even give it to him!!!
