The product is amazing, but customer service can be improved

A little slower arrivall than usuall, but all in all Dior is Amazing. They've got it down.

I ordered the new nail glow clear nail polish. I wasn't as excited about the results. I did enjoy the Dior packaging. Thank you Dior for making my purchase feel special.

I like the formula and the colors but the only thing that I don't like it is the line between my lips.

The actual ordering online experience was nice and easy. the product not so much, the tattoo lipstick tint is just okay and when you lick your lips the taste is undesirable, unhappy with this $30.00 lipstick

Everything was wonderful!

Website doesn’t work correctly when opened from a phone browser... Had to redo my order 10 times and when I finally gave up and opened my computer I was super close to not buying anything from Dior just because of a crappy website ...

I am pleased with products but disappointed that you have discontinued to makeup which I was used to using. Arrives beautifully presented but uses a tree ! Same as Amazon. Do not deplete resources!
