Order was placed but I had difficulty on the website with regards to selecting my gift. Not as user friendly as I would like. Once the order was placed, I have no issues and the items were delivered in a timely manner.

I would have given 5 stars because the ordering was easy and the package arrived beautifully wrapped! But, because I used my work address as the shipping address, they would not send the package without verification of address. I called back after Dior left a message, I left a voicemail with my full billing and shipping address and confirmation that I want it sent to that address. I then received an email from Dior and again confirmed, but did not want to write the address in the email and asked them to refer to my voicemail. I received another email saying I had to write the full address, so I called and again left another voicemail stating I was not too happy with this experience and that I already verified my addresses. I finally received another call and email saying they would process my request. Dior should understand that many people are hesitate to have packages delivered to their home addresses because people steal from the front door. It shouldn't be this difficult to verify addresses.

Everything was excellent. My only note is that there was a LOT of packaging for a small bottle of foundation. I appreciate the thought and care that went into that, but I felt it was a little excessive.
