I made an order to purchase the lacquer lipstick. When the box arrived, the lipstick was missing inside. There was a dirty paper Dior bag with two small perfume samples. But where is my order? Called the customer service. The lady got my number and told me that UPS will PROBABLY contact me in 8 business days. It’s apparently not UPS’s fault. Nothing was packed inside and the box arrived sealed! She couldn’t issue return and told me just call again to follow up. Haven’t received anything in the email. It took 2 weeks from order made to order arrived (if there is actually an order inside). Terrible experience. Will not buy again.

I love my dior make up products. I use the blush and the foundation and many of your products. The only thing that I object to is that you send it in three unnecessary boxes. Really bad for the environment to send one little tiny tube of foundation in three big cardboard boxes with ribbon and tissue paper. Hope you’ll consider a more ecologically forward system to mail Small items and be a part of the solution to climate and waste problems. Thanks

I received an expired makeup product. When I called customer support, the representative “educated” me that it is ok to use the foundation past the expiration date, no apology, nothing. After sending an email with request to return, I was asked to provide receipts, pictures with proof, even though I already included the order number and picture with clearly visible expiration date and batch number and finally was instructed to pay for the return. Never again.

The package was not delivered and was returned to sender because of an incorrect state in the delivery address.

I sent a message to inform that one of the lipsticks I got had come with a broken case. I didn’t ask for a refund or a new lipstick, just a case so I could still use it. I sent the requested pictures and information and didn’t get a final response of how this was going to be addressed. I finally just tried gluing the case back together. I was really satisfied with everything else except this, but due to this not being addressed I won’t be ordering from Dior again.

Didn’t receive my order

I ordered a perfume for my Mother’s birthday, and I was charged twice. Dior refused to send my money back even though I provided the bank statement showing that it was charged twice. Definitely not a service expected from a brand like Dior.

No me mandaron mi producto, porque UPS NO encontró mi dirección, ni que viviera en Afganistán, muy decepcionado, yo quería ser cliente de Dior pero me fallaron😕
