Wonderful experience! The only place I will shop for Dior products from now on :) The packaging, gift card, and gift boxes help make gifting so easy. You DO get order confirmation and shipping confirmation - they also attach the order invoice in these emails so you see how much you paid for each item, and what the total is. For me, these emails always go directly to my junk/spam inbox, so always check there! I also have alerts from UPS, so I get emails from them when they have a package that will be delivered to me. The email will come as soon as the tracking numbers are created.

Speedy delivery! Very easy to order directly from Dior. Only thing that was unsettling is that I'm accustomed to receiving email confirmation of online orders. That was not the case with Dior. I'd suggest they add this feature. Product was exactly what I ordered.
