Easy Process. Would recommend

Over all good experience. However the e commerce could’ve been more organized to find items.

I love my Dior products, but it does take a long time to receive them - also I had ordered 2 colors of lipsticks and only got one - I only was charged for one, but I was never told why I didn't get my second choice :(

It was good. Free shipping is always a plus. Just wish UPS would at least ring the doorbell so we know when something has arrived. My neighbor and I both received packages from UPS on the same day. Our packages were reversed, so had to go next door and retrieve mine. Not a Dior problem, but UPS wasn't paying attention.

The website and the ordering process was difficult. I originally ordered the fragrance, and wanted it shipped to Florida. When I revcd the confirmation of the order, it showed coming to my billing address in Missouri. I contacted customer support, they contacted my son, whom I had bought the gift for, the surprised was now spoiled. I re-order and the process worked fine, the fragrance was delivered on the date provided. No further issues. Overall the website was difficult and the surprise was spoiled by contact of my son. Thanks for asking for feedback. Merry Christmas

Ordering on line was easy. Only complaint was how long it took for the package to arrive.

Packaging was top notch and everything was received as expected but a day later than indicated on tracking.
