My product never arrived. They gave me a shipping notice with an inaccurate tracking number. I sent an email asking for a refund or new shipment. Still waiting.

Horrible. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a lipstick from you and received an empty box. I called customer service and they asked me to take pictures of the box, which i did. i emailed those pictures. i have not received a new lipstick or a refund for $40!!!! I received no reply

Dior website kept dumping my order. Finally it went through, but erroneously, charging me for 4 identical orders. I called immediately and was told 3 of the 4 incorrect orders would be cancelled and I would be credited. Today, 4 identical orders arrived at my doorstep and my cc was charged 4 times. If the customer service piece had worked, I would be very happy with my beautifully presented single lipgloss.

You sent and charged me for two items, when I only ordered one. How do I return.

Never received the shipment . Can’t find any customer service.

I never received my package. I don't even know if a replacement was ever sent after contacting customer service.
