Shipping took a little longer compared to other stores like Nordstrom. Packing and presentation was wonderful overall.

Very pretty color. I just wished it would stay on longer.

Everything was great except the delivery. I chose overnight deliveries but I received the products after 4 days which was the last day before I gone to my country.

I think the color was not quite as described. It is a lot brighter and lighter pink than it looked online. I will probably go in person to t1rt the lipglass in the future. I havent used the mascara yet so i cant say.

The products are of quality, the orders are processed quickly and shipped in lovely packaging. The failure to earn the fifth star? My second order was a gift for my sister - she didn't receive the samples that were indicated in the order and that I told her to expect. Obviously, I was disappointed. Any way, great products so I will certainly order again - I just won't be raving about the products or giving them as gifts again.
