We wait for our order more than 2 weeks will never order again from Dior !!

Worst customer service. Still haven’t received a next day air package after 12 days

I once approached a Dior Menswear store to try on some suits. My intention was not to purchase anything, just try on the styles and the salesperson understood this. To explain my needs I told the salesperson, "the problem that i face often with - He cut me mid-sentence and said "This is Dior, we don't have problems here". This experience let me leave with a bad taste. I strongly advice all those who are reading this post that if you go to a Dior store don't leave without purchasing something otherwise you might face similar rudeness from the salespeople.

You deserve no stars from me. My order has still not shipped after several weeks and even after two calls, I still have no answers. You have charged me for the items I ordered, which I consider egregious.
