Easy to purchase items online, pretty neat option for gift purchase... the only thing I missed is to have more perfume samplers. Also, I wish Dior starts selling boutique items online.... other than that I love their products 😊

The product and pricing are sufficient. I also very much appreciate the add-ons to certain deal. However, the website ordering system is not user-friendly. Frequently, I have to log-out and back on to complete the order.

Very Pleased

Love the product but it took forever (weeks) to get my lipstick. Would have given 5 stars if the delivery time was comparable to other companies in 2018.

The complimentary gift packaging is top-notch, but my attitude toward the quality and luxury of Dior makeup products has faded to 'lukewarm'. I still use some of their products as staples (e.g. lash primer, brow styler). However, I should be able to use the sample lash primer more than once, but the wand broke off *in the bottle*, rendering it useless after one use. This happened to me *twice*. Dior - If you can't package your products to befit the quality, then don't market the product at all. You will end up with angry customers who tell others not to purchase Dior because they are a waste of money. I'm pretty sure that's worse than having no customers.

The product and packaging was beautiful. I would have given 5 stars if not for the excessive packaging. It seemed wasteful and not environmentally friendly.
