I love the polish! I ordered because I saw an ad in a magazine! Although it is not the color shown in the picture! I ordered the color it said it was but it isn’t! I would give a five star otherwise! The order came quickly and packaged beautifully!

Everything came in a nicely packed box. Everything is high quality. My only qualm was that the sample sizes were a little too small and the gift that came during Valentine's. Little lackluster. Wish someone would remedy this.

I absolutely love the lip glow in the shade berry. Lips stay hydrated all day, don't have to reapply at all. However, received sample of diorshow maximizer 3d lash primer and it broke after a week

The purchase was a nonevent, but the sauvage DOES not smell the same as the small vial that I bought. That was incredibly wonderful. The full size bottle I bought for men does not mathc the vial. I am very disappointed.

Minimize packaging which will beneficially impact the environment, your consumer's pockets, and your bottom line.

Everything was perfect the order process went smooth, easy the hardest thing for me was making the selection. But when the package was delivered it was damaged. So I immediately contacted Customer Service, and they were very professional, told me what to do on how to return my package. It was a disappointment for my daughter because it was a Birthday gift, but she was very excited when the replacement came. Thank you for your quickness in this matter.

I absolutely love the Dior product, and everything I've tried has been wonderful. However, on and off again I've had trouble with the website. Either not letting me put orders through, or clicking through two pages when I haven't touched it, not showing me what's in my shopping bag, or things that you think that an exceptional company like Dior might be able to fix. That said, I love love love the tutorials and the short videos that are on there as well. It seems like a simple thing to just clean up perhaps?

When I placed my order I was promised if I ordered that day I would receive my order in a Dior box with the Dior red patches for Chinese New Year as I display my boxes in my beauty room but when I received my order it came in a normal box!
